You may be able to react if/when you witness someone else being the victim. If YOU are the victim, you are on the ground, and unconscious, before you are ever aware that you were chosen as a victim. Concealed carry, or not.
Why are not the political leaders loudly denouncing this "game"? Could it be that the politicos have no sense of morality other than the use of political power?
