No big deal if its from a corpse......he won't be showing up at your funeral to see if your wearing it anyway!
However, if you are bothered by the notion of a criminal or corpse ownership..I would ask the person who provided you with this information to back it up with proof. I also would only purchase from a reputible dealer who can provide a history of the watch. Not from a guy in the alley and the inside of the watch is still warm.
