LOL. First part, I was saying that when I tested it, with the Mighty vac that when the Mighty vac hit 15 was when the wastegate would start to move, I had to keep pumping up to 25 to get it fully open. But, with all the other stuff I've been working on with the car at the same time, I could not remember if I used pressure or vacume, I'm sure that I did both untill I found the one that actually moved it

You can see in the video how the boost is acting. The peaking around 15 would corelate to when I saw the wastegate start to open, the 7-8 would have no effect from the wastegate, just normal let off of fuel in normal driving.
