Brabus is a European company, I'd bet an E63 the figures are in imperial gallons.

So that's 11.5mpg city 24 mpg highway.

A US Spec E63 on fuel economy.gov is rated at... 16/24. A lot of people manage to beat the EPA by a bit, and it is turbo charged, so staying out of the boost, I wouldn't say 24mpg is flagrant lie. The big fuel enrichment comes at big boost, I'm sure it gets single digits in the boost, but so do a lot of cars.
