I was talking to a friend of mine tonight about the car. he's not into the whole MB thing like me, when I told him how spartan it was, He responded by saying MB's are like VW in Germany. I said NEVER.... Mercedes had a standard they built their cars by, VW had a price, Granted things have changed over the years but we were looking/talking about an 80's MB, I said there is a reason most European cabs are Mercedes, not VW's or BMW's, its not about a cool factor, Its a quality/reliability/bottom dollar thing to those guys, Period.
