Haven't posted much later - been so busy with other things and haven't had much car trouble - EXCEPT for this 300CE!

Just started slipping out of gear at cruising speeds - in 4th at 70 mph and then all of a sudden, rpm's increase and car has dropped a gear. Usually, if I pump the accelerator pedal quickly, it will upshift again...

Checked fluid level and it looked ok, but I know I haven't changed the fluid since I have had the car - 3 years and the car has approx 90K miles...

Any thoughts? I am planning on changing the fluid and filter...
