They just look like they're trying too hard. The short overhangs make them marginally more off-roadable than a Tahoe/Yukon.
Save up for a little while and go for the G with a lift kit instead!

After driving an H1, I can't really see myself living with it. They are uncomfortable, noisy, slow, and cumbersome at low speeds.
The H2 on the other hand... That's a freggin couch on wheels!
FWIW - I would pick up a G in a heartbeat and lift it!
With that said, I do have tons of experience with them, and they are a POS, in the same way the H2 is a POS... Lot's of little issues. None that really impact the drive-ability, but issues that are annoying.
