They did agree that this is not a first amendment right. The Constitution protects us from the government. An employer is not the government.

And depending on the contract an employer has great sway in their treatment of an employee. One fellow pointed out that Romney did not hesitate to fire a staffer that said in public that Obamacare was nothing but Romneycare with a new name and no one though it odd when he did.

One thing they all had in common was that none of them had ever seen the show. This, I thought, was really a plus in the discussion as none of them knew the principals and had no bias in the matter.
