There is a beer pub in Philly that has --or at least, used to have--a "Beer Bible" on every table. It described each of the beers that offered.
I am working from memory, but, IIRC, their listing under the Pilsner Urquell began like this." This is the beer that Auggie Busch set out to emulate when he emigrated to America. He failed miserable....."
