Own a 1979 300sd (w116) and need advice on brake lines. My brake lines are cracked and are looking pretty bad. I checked with the classic center and the brake lines are:

Fronts: 38.50 each
Rears: 27.00 each

My questions are the following:

Who makes the brake lines for Mercedes?
Which other brake line manufacture is highly recommended?
Which brake line manufacture do I stay away from?

If the dealer is the way to go then thats fine with me. I just want the best quality brake lines on my car. Please advise
