What the...

You only worked on the driver's door, correct? And yet all four doors stopped working? This...is weird. The only realistic method I can think of for the one door to influence all the other doors is via the vacuum system, so I would start troubleshooting there and with the driver's side door locking mechanisms. As Cooljjay said, the mechanisms may be jammed up, and then the vacuum system could hold the other locks open...I guess...

Dunno. Take the interior door panel off and see. If that's all fine, I'm gonna have to delve deep into my Big Bag 'O Improbable Crap to come up with something. You may have developed another problem entirely at the same time you did the latch--I don't believe much in coincidence, but when it raises its head, it's frequently a doozy. You can always try opening up another door panel and disconnecting the lock from the vacuum system to see if it works then. Good luck.
