Went to look at a post facelift W124 estate (m104?) today. Lady said it ran beautifully before her husband left for NY a year ago. I brought the 730ca battery from my 300e, it cranked strong, but no burps or fires. I tried to check spark but the last allen bolt on the plug cover was rusted out, so I gave up on it. I think its a fuel delivery issue anyway. Didnt hear the pump prime. Anyone have a similar experience? Any ideas? My 300e started after two years when I bought it, but thats a M103.
