Never replaced my bolts, never used Loctite, never had problems.
Suffice to say, I haven't ever unbolted the fronts, but my on very first try at brakes I wound up unbolting the calipers. After realizing I didn't have to go through that much effort, I bolted them back on (sans Loctite).
That was over three years ago...calipers still holding...
