Thanks for the feedback gents, wow I didn't expect this much feedback.
You guys are right, I am going to pass on it and keep hunting.
I have been hunting for a diesel, and thought if the right gas w124 comes up I'd still appreciate a gasser. I spend too much time on craigslist.....!
