Called up and they are like, yeah it is what it is pretty much. As my guys are standing around because like an idiot they called me at 2 and I'm like sure the material is their. I'm thinking their is no way its not their, but it wasn't.  My mistake.

Every industry is full of idiots. I'd be at any industry that didn't have any morons or more to the point, people that don't give a damn but that isn't reality.
If they can say "Oh well", they will. You probably need to order a day earlier, I'm afraid.
BTW, the word is "there" and not "their".
Unless it affects them directly, they don't care. If it holds up my paycheck, I care. If not, go pound sand.
