The DA has to follow the law. Some people are not more equal than others. In the court it should be shown that one person was being bullied and whomever threw the first physical fist- they should be the one convicted- if that is the law. Unless there were "fighting words" proven. That's my take on the legal aspect. The personal aspect is that IMHO, tell the bully that if you continue you will find your teeth need dental attention the next time you bully me. Then if they bully again which is physical, re-arrange part of their face.
