It wouldn't be very hard to fill a civil trial jury box with jurors for a civil jury trial that feels like you guys, even if the Corporate lawyers for the defense bounced as many of you as they could and used up all their peremptory challenges and tried to knock off as many other like minded jurors off the panel by challenging them for "cause" (bias).
Likely they know it at Corporate legal, too.
Settling the mess at pretrial, or even before the lawsuit gets filed, would be a LOT better idea.
That said, automakers aren't known for giving away the store either.
We'll see.
.....though I personally suspect that there may be some dark clouds beginning to form over the offending dealership.
If so, its future prospects may likely soon be taking a turn for the worse...
