Don't know how or where I got it from but it's natural and I really like dealing with kids, and they me. This weekend I was the Kindergarten/First grade "Referee" at the Florida South Regional chess championships, and also had to drift over to the K-3 section quite a bit. Over 150 students and three of us working those sections.
