You need to repost this in the tech section. There is a much greater chance of someone with the solution seeing it there than in this one.

But as to your problem: It sounds like you need someone who has the equipment to adjust your fuel ratio. Any shop that works on fuel injection should have the equipment and the expertise to solve your problem.

Without the right tools this job is impossible to get right.
