For a rare disease, I'd probably pick Hopkins. For a routine procedure that's well-understood, I may pick the other.
I don't hire a doctor of mechanical engineering to unclog a toilet, either, and he won't necessarily be better than the local plumber. So long as the procedure is being performed by competent people...
