There is an adjustment you can make to the latch to the armrest to most likely rectify it. These ignition tumblers fail similar to the w124s. If this is the issue why it is sticking, you can decide to make it a cheap purchase or $600.00, your choice. You'll need radio removal keys which can be made or bought to remove the CC unit.
