Don't jump right into pawing at her. This isn't a drunk college party.

If she is OK with you touching her then up the touching. Maybe kiss her hand or touch her cheek. If she is still OK then see if you can get your arms around her. You can even tell her it is coming if you need to. Maybe say something about dancing with her. At some point you need to just stand toe to toe and face to face and put your arms around her.

Some women will test you by deflecting your advances but if you smile and hang with her you will find out if she wants you. Some people say that a woman decides in the first 3-5 minutes after you meet if you will ever have a chance of sleeping with her. Sex is touching on many levels and touching will tell you if you have a chance.
