I wouldn't. Watching her is much better an idea. See if she knows how to reciprocate or whether it is a one way street or develops into a one way street. Remember, those old fashioned ideas were developed for a reason. It was appropriate for what they were doing. Not so much today if you are looking for more than a person you have to upkeep.
Remember what you have to do if you hesitate. 3rd date and you are going so slow? I'd be wondering what you are trying to accomplish if I were her.
