I agree, the passengers should use the belt anyways, but I wonder too if the alarm should stop when the buckle is belted. Many people prefer to start the engine, then buckle the belt after the engine starts, evidently including Ajay.
You can't really remove the alarm, as it is integrated into the cluster, plus then you would lose the headlamp monitor and also there are other systems that warn the driver of hazards with this alarm.
