* No renovations since 1973, by order of Coleman Young.
* Absolute minimal repair since 1973, by order of Coleman Young.
* A huge "still being investigated" volume of GOV grants and income was used in illegal/criminal manner, unfortunately it has gone on so long that many of the worst offenders are dead.
The Democrat Detroit politicians passed laws/ordinances that have and (and their legacy entrenched CORRUPT bureaucracy) continue to PUNISH = DRIVE AWAY TAX PAYING BUSINESS AND RESIDENTS...
* The massive population loss has reduced water consumption orders of magnitude below design intent for the system = lack of flow = water mains freezing throughout the system..
Just to make you LOL
I think "Ted Nugent" or "Kid Rock" would make a fantastic Detroit mayor, and kick a$$ on any corruption.
Both have a low tolerance for STUPID, and a serious interest in taking out the trash so the Rock and Roll continues..

I am pretty much pain free. Thanks!
I did not realize Coleman young was still alive, and am shocked to hear he is still mayor after these 41 years later! He must be at least 120 years old now.
