The other group which came close was the south Africans before Mandela. Of course they did not advocate liquidating the blacks, just keeping them down.
But you know the old saying "if it walks like a duck, quacks and looks like a duck its probably a duck". Calling the president a subhuman mongrel definitely sounds like a Nazi.
