It could have someting to go with it but I am not sure what BUT it is a problem that needs to be fixed. I would take care of the 'hard to turn' tyre and then go back to the ABS if it doesn't fix it. It's possible the ABS is causing the 'hard to turn' problem. It may be holding presure on the right front caliper. Find the 'hard to turn' problem and let us know what you find.
