I smoked for 26 years. It got to the point where the only place I could smoke was in my car or outside. On Oct. 28, 1993 I ran out of cigs around 9:00 pm. Not wanting to drive 10 miles round trip to get one, I just put off buying some till the next morning. Well, I still haven't bought any and hope I never do! Tell ya what I did do. For a couple of weeks after I stopped, I would take a drinking straw, cut it off at cig length, and draw on it. This satisfied my habit of having something in my hand and I learned to breath fresh air instead of poison. An added bonus is that I have saved over $10,000 in this period by not smoking. Wait a minute... so that's where the money to by my MB came from!!
