Most of what I've heard and read about the M110 engine has been good. They are noted for durability and longevity.
The M110 twin cam engine shared the same bottom end architecture of the 300 motor of 1951, but with modern cylinder head design and combustion technology.
I suppose its main weakness would be described as a lack of engine refinement. It can sound thrashy when ran hard, and even with low mileage, the engine can be a little obtrusive at speed.
