What a waste that was...if I had a vehicle that wouldn't pass, I'd take it to a certain place, and give them $20 for a guaranteed pass. They would fudge the numbers for a bribe, and pass the car.

wouldn't they issue you a pair of plates if you register in Ohio? missing one plate is better than a random front plate IMO. That might raise questions that are hard to answer, plus who knows what the history is on that yard plate.
