Adjustment Valve for hydraulic suspension?

Someone mentioned in an earlier post that rebuilding the adjustment valve on the hydraulic suspension would fix the problem of the rear end sinking soon after parking. I'm not sure if mine is rising much while I'm driving either. I was wondering if anyone has any more information on this or has tried it?

Thanks!
