Educated and intelligent. Apparently yes. Seems neither he nor you have any concept of what consent means. I know grade school kids with a better grasp of the law than he or you apparently have. Of course I'm sue he know the difference and sees the failure of his argument but he like all politicians caters to his base and in this case it's the GOP base who would like to see people deprived of their equal rights.
His career as a surgeon has nothing to do with him linking crimes against children and animals with homosexuality.
