Why don't use the "rubber based glue" instead just like what MB does?
What rubber based glue suitable for this purpose?

but if you fancy to buy this ribbon sealer then autozone/advance auto etc have them for about 20 dollars. It will last you your entire life and then some unless you have a business that repairs cars. |
