First, a M103/4/111 flyhweel has 8 bolts not six. There is a company in england that makes single mass conversions for the sprinter (the name fails me) and it will bolt up to all of the above given it's the 2.7 sprinter.

To the best of my knowledge the DM flywheels are all the same thickness for these. I'm using a combo of diesel stuff and newer DM parts in my M104 swap with no issues in my DM 717.432. All the parts were designed for 716.6 boxes. I'm not using factory trigger wheels though which differ for all cars.

Why would you need a new Throw out if you're using a dual mass flywheel?

DMBO swapped a 716.6 into his turbo cosworth. He stated how thick his spacer he made into his factory single mass was and he spaced the pilot into the DM location (which is in the flywheel), he used the stock shifter, modified to fit. His thread is on 190rev.
