If the 99 E300 is the same color or another sweet color with leather, fairly low mileage.... Do it.
You might not know, but you can check the title history on the vehicle you want or any vehicle registerd in Ohio on the 'Net by the VIN on the Ohio DMV website. I did that when I bought my '97 E300 from Sadusky Ohio...
