Um, did you read the link? They are using the term anti-freeze to indicate any substance which lowers water's freezing point, such as the alcohol they add to windshield wiper fluid. That is why, right next to that photo, it said "In automotive windshield-washer fluids, an alcohol (e.g., methanol) is usually added to keep the mixture from freezing; it also acts as a solvent to help clean the glass."
