Sure. This worked for an LG Optimus F3 with P65910b firmware.
(1) install the USB drivers for your phone on your computer, available on the LG site
(2) follow these instructions. the download link for Saferoot is at the bottom of the thread: [ROOT] Saferoot: Root for VRUEMJ7, MK2, and Android 4.3 - xda-developers
(3) download a root checker from the Play Store to check for root access. Give it superuser permissions after running it (SuperSU will ask).
(4) put in a flash memory card
(5) follow step #2 of these instructions. step #1 may also work, but I needed to use saferoot since motochopper didn't work:
