Ah, greazzer, you told me about that massive heat exchanger when we spoke. wow!!! How many "plates" is that one? Biggest I ever used was in my old 300CD, a 30-plate (or so it was claimed). I was going to stick with my little 20-plate for the '87 300TD (sadly, using over-the-counter Bosch injectors, now, and running well but I had preferred to use yours. so sad!!) good luck with this awesome project.
