Please see the attached figure for the MB's rather complicated official term for that part.

It looks like even MB mechanics would have to rebuild the part (priced by the meter), so probably some hose and a clamp are the way to go. The hose listed has a price of $16.50 at your dealer, but I honestly cannot tell if that is the price with the fittings or just the price of 1 meter of the hose without any fittings. Good luck.
