Don't worry about the dimensions. Scrounge a 3" black soft vacuum line connectors from a parts car, put some crazy glue on it before splicing the broken line. Cut up strips of bicycle inner tube as a rubber band and use it as hose clamps. Boost pressure in that line should be less than 12 psi so this fix should work.
