You'd have to look at the diff in your car and see if the rear abs sensor hole is there but its just plugged or something. If there is no place to mount the rear sensor yes would need a new diff.

Also the petrol 190 probably has a different rear differential ratio than your 2.0D so getting the rear diff out of the petrol car potentially isn't an option.
