Quick question, my blower motor fuse socket seems a bit amiss. There is no, or a different, bottom to it than the rest of the fuses in the box. Noticed this while checking for something else.

I don't think this looks normal anyone else seen this before? Also noticed some one moved the strip fuse for the BM as well-zip tied to the master cylinder line--wonder why.

I did check voltage at #12 and at the strip fuse and got zero with the key in position 2. Not surprising as the HB is dead and on the list to tackle. Other fuses gave 12V.
