center bearing is easily replaced....I pried off the little metal shields carefully with a flat screwdriver, then you can use an air hammer to pop off the old bearing, and a hammer piece of wood/to carefully tap the new one in place. I did that on my 190 several thousand miles ago and its been running smooth.
