Good Show! Getting a new pump sounds like a good step. The dough will probably take care of the tank. I had very little doubt about you knowing not to continue to add fuel while cranking, but I'll risk insulting someone any day rather than standing by and watching them get hurt. Thanks for taking it the right way.

In the early days of the forum, like the year 2,000, there was a guy on the forum, I think it was "Deezel" who was a delta airline aircraft mechanic. I think he must have been involved in or observed a serious shop accident in his past because he constantly preached safety. I jokingly called him the self appointed safety officer, but he always seemed to offer safety sermons at the correct time. A very valuable contributor he was.

Thanks RS for the info on the brake clean. I would have never used it anyway for that purpose, but it is extremely important Information for all the motor heads on here.
