This happens a lot more than people probably realize, most notably when a 18 year old kid has a relationship with a 15 year old kid...every so often you hear about it in the news about someone who was arrested for it (usually when the parents don't like the new boyfriend), of course depending on state. Kind of sad IMHO. When I was a senior in HS, I was definitely eying some sophomores without giving thought to the fact that it was potentially illegal. I guess 41 and 16 is more extreme, sometimes those relationships last though so who knows.
