You have my sympathy. Dogs are much like family. I remember burying my Short Hair St. Bernard in 2009. It was a warm June day, raining, and I was crying as I dug his grave. He seemed well that night, but the following morning he had died without warning in his sleep.


I really dread the day for my female Doberman. She really steals your heart.
