W108 250SE timing chain guide

Hi,
The lower plastic timing chain guide has disintegrated and requires replacement. As the chain guide fell apart it caused the chain to jump the sprockets and put out the engine timing. I have put the crank to TDC and also realigned the camshaft timing marks but the fuel injection pump timing must also have moved. Is there a simple way of timing the pump or do I need to remove it to line up the timing marks on the pump?
Also what it the method of removing the lower chain tensioner guide pins and reinstalling a new guide?
I look forward to your response.
Regards, Alex
