If this is just a temporary one time thing....
An easy way to hot wire would be to run your own wires to the compressor clutch coil...inline fuse and tap right to the battery. That's probably far easier than dealing with the factory wiring.
Once you have enough R12 in there to convince the MB system to let it run, reconnect the factory wires.
