^not sure what to say about the link in my first article. I’ve tried from different computers and it works okay. There are a number of accounts on the web and Mr. G can help you find it.

I too gave up smoking some time ago. I may try edibles at some point but it is not a priority for me at this time. I remember reading an account of yours about consuming too much by way of edibles. Over-dosing is not a good thing, and imo can lead nowhere but to disasters.

In any event explicit dosage information should be clearly stated on the product packaging. If I understand correctly, both WA and CO are permitting stronger forms of mj to be sold and the entire chemical processes should be disclosed as the process of producing hash or other refined forms of MJ in its various forms can put some pretty nasty elements in the final product.

The manufacturers owe it to the consumer to do it right and ought to be sued out of business if they do not do so. The state legislatures owe it to the manufacturers and consumers to clearly mandate accurate labeling. The future of the industry depends on it.

Another issue that is obliquely referenced in the article is the need for training when people start using MJ. A number of people are confronted with psychological issues they never dealt with before and some become very frightened as a result. Personally I think the legalization of MJ is a great advancement for our culture but there ought to be at least minimal training available so that people can enjoy the effects without going too far.
