My father works for the Feds in his semi-retirement. A few weeks back he seized a 67 427 Stringray from some guy. Apparently this guy bought the car for 50k, put another 200k into it to bring it to museum quality. When they put it up on the flatbed to haul it away the tow operator supposedly said "if you think that's clean, you should see the underside... I reckon I could eat off it!"
I know at least two guys in his office that are crying because even when it goes to action they aren't allowed to bid on it.
